Multiplication, Machines, Mrs. Graham's Class, and MORE!

We sure have had some exciting new happenings in the space ship room lately! Recently we have began our exploration of multiplication and division. Remember that our focus right now consists of looking at how to create equal groups and compare items with language such as "three times as many". After exploring simple machines, we looked for everyday machines that contain two or more simple machines. We discovered that these compound machines are everywhere! If two new M related activities were not enough, we got to read with our book buddies in Mrs. Graham's class! We had a great time pairing up, getting to know our buddy, and beginning to read together. We can't wait to meet with them each week! Finally, it's time for our Musical Tomorrow! I am so impressed with how hard everyone has worked to put together a fun, entertaining, and educational production. A big thank you to Ms. Jones for all of her awesome direction.
